Raspberry Hydration Drink
Ingredients:
- 3/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
- 3/4 cup Coconut water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Rice Malt Syrup
- Pinch Himalayan Rock Salt
Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Blend on high speed
- Serve straight away or store in freezer
