Al’s Granola


1 packet of Health Food Co Monster Berry Muesli (wheat free)

200 grams pumpkin kernels

1 packet of McKenzies moist coconut flakes

250 grams whole almonds

125 grams sunflower kernels

*any other nut or seed you like

80 grams butter

3 tablespoons rice malt syrup


  1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with spoon
  2. Melt but and rice malt syrup on stove or in microwave
  3. Poor wet ingredients over dry ingredients
  4. Place on 2 large baking trays
  5. Bake in oven on 110 degrees for about 2 hours
  6. Store in air tight container and serve with fruit and yoghurt
